Manpower and Industrial

Our workforce comprises various Tradesmen and Apprentices. They are fully covered by all entitlements, as well as by workers accident compensation requirements throughout Australia and New Zealand.

We have always maintained good working relationships with our workforce and the Unions and as a result have encountered no delays to site programmes.

Our Employees have completed skills assessments and receive the necessary training to suit theirs and the company’s skill requirements to ensure we have the right skills for every project.

We have Enterprise Agreements in place, and have been active participants in formulating agreement framework with our associations.

Safety

We have developed a Company Safety Plan, which has been formulated in conjunction with various Site Committees.

Our Safety Plan includes:

A company safety policy

A site specific safety statement

Trade risk assessments

Work method statements

Safety instructions

A job specific safety plan audit

We carry out regular internal audits of our safety plan and review and update this as required.

Quality Assurance

We have a Quality Assurance System in place, which includes a policy statement of our intentions as expressed by management as well as a Quality Assurance Audit for the various types of works within our trade packages.

This system has been used successfully on all of our major projects over a number of years and has resulted in an exceptionally high quality product with minimum defects.
